Being quiet is not really a relaxing thing to do, but sometimes we need to shut our feelings from the people infront of us, so that they won't get angry, even though we get hurt, but just have to shut it, to keep them happy, even if they know how we feel. But sometimes it is hard, a music can be a way of relaxing to help in shutting the feelings or to stay calm and not harm people, or writing what you feel to be relaxed, even sometimes creating a story is relaxing even if you didn't write what you feel in a direct way, it can be by stories. Every person has a way in expressing it.
