Talents

Where does all the talents go?
Many people have many talents, but where does it go?
I really see people who have talents don't want to use it, or don't know that they have talents.
They will usually throw it in a trash can and not use it in a useful way.
Why isn't there places for people who have talents can use it and develop it so that it can help other people, or to develop the country, usually we see the same thing and not changing. Why is it hard to get to want you want, your goal?
There are many talents which I know and don't know, but mostly those talented people throw it out the window without realizing that other people can grateful for you having this talent and can help them.
It really hurts to see it like that, lying on the floor out of the window, it is like you are loosing your chance which is in your hand, and those talents other people are wishing that they had it, and they try to catch all the pieces which was thrown out the window, to re-develop what the talented person has thrown it out.
I hope that there will be places where the talented people can develop it and would really want to use it, and not loose it.
